DAISUKE SASAKI

Born in 1977 and hailing from Sapporo, Daisuke Sasaki is a mountain guide with a lifelong passion for mountains and adventure that began in his youth. He started serious mountaineering in 1990 and has successfully completed ski descents and climbs in challenging locations both domestically and internationally, including Alaska, Nepal, Greenland, the European Alps, China, South America, and the west face of Rishiri Mountain, establishing himself as a leading mountain skier in Japan. Daisuke has also served as a field assistant for the 51st Antarctic Research Expedition and as an instructor at the National Mountaineering Training Center, leveraging his extensive experience to excel in various fields. He is a certified international mountain guide recognized by the International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations and the founder of "GUIDE BANKEI."
